  : When I checked in the lady on duty on 8th evening told me that there might not be a towel in my room so she gave me one when I went to the room. There was no towels. There was no face towels. There was no washcloth. I went back to her and told her that she said sorry there was nothing she could do. She had no more to give out. She also told me to be careful not use too much toilet paper because she had to replace it. This is a fact and undisputed, I’m hoping that you will comp me a room in the future
  : There was no hot water lukewarm. I ran the water for several minutes probably close to 10 and still it was only lukewarm. The dish channels kept popping in and out, and the weather was clear outside. I can’t explain this.

  : No elevator, no phone in the room, breakfast was terrible. Dry cereal and waffles was all they offered, there were roaches and holes in the walls, terrible customer service, there were times nobody was at the front desk, there was no way to call the front desk if i needed something, no phone number to call and ask questions before our stay

  : The manager was very nice & helped out a lot.
  : The overnight front desk clerk was rude & very unprofessional. We asked for a different room due to multiple issues with ours including that there were roaches crawling all over it & in the fridge & her response was “we have no more available, we’re not forcing you to stay here”. We were charged three separate times for our stay totaling OVER what we were originally supposed to pay. All together a terrible experience & this hotels corporate office will be getting a complaint from me as well.

  : Housekeeping was horrible the bathroom was small and disgusting the shower walls was grimy the bathe mat and tub was horrific it looked like something out of a horror movie
