  : Entering the hotel itself is extremely nice.
  : The worst part, you get charged extra fees after you book and check out. No coffee maker, no microwave, hairdryer didn't work, only allowed 2 wifi devices and you are charged for it $20 a night, additional resort fees $20 a night, and the option to "Self Park" for $20....these are per night fees. Seriously! If you're going to charge me extras, at least have basic amenities. Super disappointed.

  : I remember when this hotel was built and it was a very eloquent place to stay. Now it needs some updating. Dirty grout around the tubs and flooring and tile to just refresh the place would give it a different perspective. I visited on a Friday night and was somewhat disappointed with the rooms for the rate that I was charged

  : The food at the burger bar was good!
  : We had to clean the tub before using it, the bathtub faucet didn't work, we reported that it didn't work, they did not switch the room, they sent maintenance which took a few hours for the maintenance man to get there because of staff being short handed. There wasn't any towels in our room, the room wasn't stocked the way it should have been. Our reservation we originally had we were told was canceled and we never received notification of any cancelations, we had to reserve a room again in order for us to get a room, and there was an increase on the pricing of the room, which was a basic room, when our original was a deluxe suit with river front veiw. The room details the second reservation wasn't the room they gave us either. After paying through our reservation, they then tried charging us again for the room after it was already paid for as well as extra for a deposit. The couch had what looked to be a sexual stain on it. The chairs around the table had dried food, dirt, etc. on them. The coffee pot didn't work like it's suppose to, you had to hold the lid down in order for the coffee to make. The bed was stiff, and the pillows had a slight smell to them. The towels that they gave us, in which we had to go down to get ourselves, a few of them had a wet dog smell to them. We tired calling front desk numerous times on a few issues but no one would answer but of course looked like they were short handed there as well. For the price that people pay and how busy this place is, you would think they would have more staff and cleaner facilities. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!
