  : That was very rude. When I arrived they told me that there were no rooms available. And instead of telling me they were giving me a refund they told me that they could give me a refund if I wanted them to. What kind of idiots do you have working in your hotel

  : The room had multiple issues, was told it was under renovation, but there was a door going into the next room covered by a headboard nailed sideways. The curtains had staples in it which cut me. The bathroom had mold, had to get batteries for the remote, which didn't work after new batteries. Had to request pillows, which took 30 minutes to get. The bathroom had graffiti. The lampshade was broken. I didn't turn on the AC because after seeing mold in the room I didn't want to breath that in. The parking lot has huge potholes which are almost unavoidable. The door in the room that led to another(that was boarded up) I kept hearing the door knob wiggle, as if someone was trying to open it. Felt really unsafe at this location. I would like a full refund. The room number was 150 on the 2nd floor on the east side of the building. The parking lot was also flooded which made it hard to avoid potholes.

  : Absolutely nothing was on my likes. Nothing. Oh wait we did have a bar of soap for amenities. That was a plus.
  : The room smelled like wet dog or pee or something nasty. There was no breakfast. No fridge. No coffee. No housekeeping if you stayed two nights. You get two towels, two wash rags, a floor towel, and a hand towel. The ice machine was broken. The places had bums outside. But the cops drive by every once in a while to check things out. The house keepers looked like meth heads. The maintenance man in the laundry room walked around with a cigarette in his mouth and drove a car that looked like it had been rolled. Windshield shattered. Headlights broken and the hood strapped down with two straps..There was full garbages outside the facility for multiple days. Our floor was sticky. The linens were stained like they were used for weeks without washing, Some spots looked like blood. There was cigarette burns in the blankets. The towels were barely bigger than the floor towel. There was only one garbage in the whole place. No tissues. The walls were dirty. The wall by the toilet looked like someone had pissed all over it. The edges of the floor was grimy with buildup. The counters were not washed and had spilled dried drink like substance stuck all over them. My things stuck to them. The shelving below the tv had what looked like melted pink ice cream all over it, dried, and pulled the paper container off of it leaving the paper behind. I give this place the worst rating of any place I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here. It would be better to stay in your car.
