  : The roll in shower
  : Lack of customer service In all aspects of the stay. We received no cleaning, no toiletries, no extra pillows, blankets, or room service.. We called down to the front desk 4 times In a span of 2-3hrs requesting more pillows and blankets and each time we were told they were on the way but they never showed up. Finally we got one extra blanket when I walked down and asked for one In Person but they said there weren't anymore pillows. The same thing happened on night 2. We tried checking out at 11 after the first night but the front desk refused to reimburse us even if we checked out. They also double charged for the slide usage, accused us of having more guests than stated because we wanted extra pillows, and we had to call for a maintenance person because the shower head was broken and appeared to have been yanked off the wall by a previous guest.

  : The pool and water slide area was quite nice. The overall look of the room was fairly nice as well.
  : In order to use the water slide you have to pay an additional amount on top of what you already paid to stay there. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. There was hair in the sheets and on the pillow cases and plenty of hair in the shower as well. Beyond the hair, there were weird specks on the blanket and smudges and grime on counter tops. I had already gone up to get new sheets but had realized that we were missing a new top sheet and blanket later on so we walked back to the front to ask for those as well. When we got there, the worker was sleeping, slumped against the counter.
