  : Great stay! Staff were super friendly. Hot tub was perfect. Very clean facility.
  : Breakfast seemed a little dry but the cook was extremely friendly and helpful. She actually took my plate to the trash... that was definitely a first.

  : The breakfast was pretty good. The attendant Gabby was the bright spot during out stay. She was very attentive to the food and keeping the tables cleaned. Ask if we needed anything and if the breakfast was good. She deserves a raise.
  : We were never told that the room wouldn't be cleaned everyday. Had to request fresh towels everyday. Apparently they only clean rooms on the third day of your stay. Hotel is too close to the highway and you can hear trucks and traffic all night. The room doors all slam, so imagine with a hotel full of kids running up and down the hall with doors slamming every few minutes, The chairs in the breakfast area are all wobbly and need to be fixed, I felt like they would fall apart at any minute.

  : The facility was modern and up to date with expected amenities.
  : Due to limited staffing, it took longer than expected to check in. Over (40 minutes). When requesting bedding for one of the beds in the room because there was no bedding. The bedding was stained and had what looked to be old glue on it. Requested towels and was told they did not have any and would not have any for a couple of hours. After a faulty air conditioner, my family was relocated to another room in the middle of the night. The room we were relocated to was dirty (cracker crumbs and toilet paper pieces all over the floor, hair on the shower wall, and old used sheets on the bed). There were also cleaning supplies left in the room.When brought to the mangers attention, they stated, "There was nothing they could do." Asked if they could contact someone who could do something about it, and they stated, "I tried, and there was no answer."
