  : The cleanliness was really far from satisfactory.. The bed sheets hadn't been changed. The bathrooms had remnants from previous guests. Furthermore, the dishes hadn't been washed. But the worst part was the owner's response when we tried to contact him to express our concerns; he was impolite and rude. He brought in a cleaning team the next day, trying to make us feel guilty about asking for cleaning when it was actually his responsibility from the beginning. Upon arrival, the cleaning team was still there, accompanied by a dog, despite the house's policy not allowing pets. The owner's toxic and discourteous behavior further tarnished our experience. In summary, the price-quality ratio is inadequate. I would not recommend this house.

  : We bought our own stuff and prepared our own breakfast.
  : 1) When we arrived the 3 stairs leading to the entrance were covered by snow and packed with ice. 2) the owner did not leave a shovel to clean it 3) when contacted to ask him for a shovel or assistance, he said he could only provide help next morning by 10AM. 4) We had to remove the ice with a heavy branch for nearly 2hrs before we could access the house 5) Mice were found in the house. When I informed the owner, he not even answered the message.
