  : We stayed at this property for 5 days, out stay wasn’t too pleasant. Property is extremely old and needs upgrade. Carpet is very old. They advertise it as two bathroom, but reality it’s 1 1/2 bath, upper bathroom did not have shower, they have bathtub with not shower head, we were group of 7 people, all of use had to use bathroom downstairs, it made things difficult.They advertise it with WiFi, they do not have WiFi, it’s satellite internet where you hardly get signal, if you do get signal, it’s only with in four feet area by outdoor porch.They didn’t have cable as advertised.Windows were filled with spider and spider web, dead insect and flys.Outdoor front porch were covered with extreme dust and spider webs.Lighting inside unit especially upstairs were very dim and hard to see and find things even during day light.They have an older man living downstairs area where it says Employees. My understanding I was getting entire unit, I have kids with me so I wasn’t happy and felt insecure by not knowing someone living beneath us.That unit doesn’t have washer and dryer as advertise, but it made things very difficult, I don’t advise you to stay in unit with no washer and dryer.I have traveled to many places in the US and Europe, I go to Big Bear Lake twice a year and had stayed in older units, but that house was my worse stay by far.We were group of four families, each rented a house in that area with in 1 mile from each other, mine was the worse. All other properties were with in the same price ranges.Over all I do not recommend it unless serious changes and upgrade take place.

  : The log home was comfortable and clean.
  : WiFi didn’t work. No cable either. (Both listed as amenities.) Property host did not provide meaningful assistance. None of the outdoor lights worked. No instructions were provided for anything in the house. An old note instructed guests to use a key to unlock dumpster and dispose of trash but there was no key. (Requests for more info about trash disposal were ignored.) The house’s decor is really dated to the point of being ugly.

  : Great location, cozy looking cabin. Has a cool balcony, comfy couches, and a nice outdoor eating area. It's deep in the forest so we came across deer on our front porch, squirrels, and some great bird sightings. Its also in Yosemite West which provides easy access to all popular areas in Yosemite.
  : Employee living in bottom floor quarters of cabin, not disclosed before arrival. Bedroom setup was described inaccurately. Cabin access is controlled by a flimsy key code lock. There is no key to the property. Property wasn't very clean upon arrival, tons of dust and dead insects on interior side of window sills and couches that were clearly missed by the maid. Listing shows WIFI, but there is no functioning WiFi. There was also a non-functioning landline and satellite tv that could not receive any signal. Didn't go there to use technology but the cabin is listed as having WiFi and it does not. Listed as a 2 bathroom unit, actually its a 1 & 1/2 bathroom , the upstairs bathroom has no shower so my group had to all shower in the one bathroom downstairs. Disgustingly enough in my opinion, the downstairs bathroom is actually carpeted. There is also a notice in the cabin asking the guests to dispose of trash bags before checking out, but there is no canister to deposit trash bags in on the property unlike the two adjacent units
