  : Despite our booking was for 3 and we actually wrote a message to the owner, the second bed was not ready and we had to find bed linnen and prepare it.Beds are too soft.

  : The location was great. The property was easy to find. Parking was simple and available. The inside was warm and cozy upon our cold and snowy arrival. It felt safe. The rules and other information was clearly and easily displayed on the wall. The kitchen and its amenities were nice to have.
  : I had to call the host (on our way to the property) to ask for the code to get in because I hadn't received it. The phone conversation I had with the host didn't show very good customer service- meaning I didn't feel that the host was as kind as they should be to a customer. My next complaint has to do with housekeeping, the shower drain had a nest of hair sitting on it from the previous tenants (I assume). I wish the place would've been cleaned more thoroughly. Lastly, I'd like to add that this condo has a condo above it, and there's not much sound barrier between the two. You can clearly her footsteps and suitcases rolling on the floor above. At one point we could smell their coffee brewing.
