  : It is within Yosemite so shorter drives to get to the sights. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable (although very high). Sofa and chair were decent. Nice table and chairs on deck. Sufficient collection of kitchen items - pots, pans, silverware, dishes. It took us awhile to locate the refrigerator in the walk-in closet but it was a nice size for the unit. We did not use the TV or dishwasher so cannot comment on them.
  : Water dripping from ceiling fan/light in bathroom when we arrived. No cell phone service (which we knew would be the case). No staff on the site. The internet password did not work. The landline phone would not allow us to call the number provided. We pulled a pot from the kitchen and placed it on the floor on top of the bath mat to catch the drips and drove 30 minutes to The Valley, where we could make a cell phone call. We were told that no one would be able to come until the next day. By the time we got back to the room, the bath mat was drenched (it did not dry out the entire time we were there - 2 nights) and the pot had about a quarter inch of water - but the drips had stopped and did not occur again. No evidence that anyone ever came to the room to check it. We were given a different internet password, which did work for the most part. Some of the furniture was broken or wobbly. A few of the most convenient outlets would not hold a plug or only worked when the plug was inserted just so and not moved or bumped. The shade on the window facing the parking lot was a couple inches short and there was only half of a curtain rod with a too-short curtain. One bracket for a missing towel bar was on the kitchen wall. With a few minor upgrades and better contact information this place could be wonderful.

  : Paid $503 per night. Wifi was not working. Hosts did not even know the network name and made no attempt to fix it. The Wifi password that was given in a folder within the apartment was not functional. Trash was not picked up regularly. All trash cans were overly full when we arrived and the hallways were smelling bad; also trash cans outside were full. The property is about 40 min away from Yosemite Valley were most hikes start, so need to factor this in as well when considering to stay there.

  : The location is amazing and the room was very cozy. Felt like home.
  : The fridge had not been cleaned in a long time. There was some kind of slime in the bottom drawer. We had to clean the whole inside of the fridge before we could load in our food.

  : Sent detailed email. Attention to detail was not good. Outlets cannot hold a plug, towel racks falling off. Oven broiler tray broken/removed. Had mice, blinds didn't open, etc...

  : This property has some age in it. Still, was well maintained and clean. Appliances were good enough. It’s in a really good location. If you’re planning on spending most of your time in the park it’s perfect. I’d definitely stay there again. Park is amazing.
  : Only real complaint was getting tv channels other than news. That was annoying...but didn’t spend much of the day there.

  : It was a nice efficient apartment condo on the corner with easy access. We enjoyed the stay.
  : Few minor things like a few of the plugs by the bed did not work and the vent over the stove did not work but overall we were very satisfied . Hill side still smelled of smoke from the fires. thank you.

  : The internet at location did not work and it is something very important to have since we do not have Cell reception, contacted number on reservation and was told internet won’t be back on Monday which is our check date.

  : We liked the location of the apartment. It was within the park, which was very convenient for early morning hikes. The bed was very comfortable for both of us.
  : The pictures were misleading. The overall condition of the unit was in great disrepair, with old rubber baseboards rotting off the walls, the linoleum torn and stained, and appliances old and dented. The unit was filthy, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. More specifically, it wasn't new filth, it was the kind of deep filth that takes years and years to accumulate.Furthermore, we booked it on the understanding that there would be connectivity, only to discover the internet service did not work at all. This was a huge issue, as we needed to plan the next leg of our trip, and there is virtually no cell service in the area. Despite multiple requests for resolution, the management did not bother to fix the situation. We were so frustrated, we asked for a partial refund, and were ignored.
