  : Hotel as under construction, we had to walk through construction to get to room. There was open plaster in room. Tv did not work. There was no breakfast, not ven coffee.

  : I don’t even know where to begin. The staff was rude, the lobby reeked of smoke, the rooms were “non-smoking “but had lingering odors of cigarette smoke, the bathroom ceiling was leaking water from the floor above. The staff attempted to tell me that I could not bring my legitimate service dog into the hotel with me, I argued with them and then they said there would be a $30 Charge to let him stay. It took several minutes of arguing before they agreed to let me have him with me. I am still awaiting a refund on the $100 deposit that they require, it has been 48 hours and it is still showing on my account. I feel like they purposely keep the deposits unless somebody goes through the process of complaining, the ownership and staff seem very money hungry. It felt like they were grabbing for every dollar they could. 1/10 does not do this hotel justice. I would recommend booking.com no longer associate with this location or business outfit.
