  : Very extremely overpriced for the service they gave. I even selected for a non smoking room on your website but somehow on the receipt it said Smoking. Reception was a complete ass, washing machine broken and no dryer, in my special request I put “register my Nintendo Switch to your network if internet not working”, and told me “deal with it!”. Also I had to pay $50 more just to change me from that disgusting room full of smoke and sweat. Also despite paying extra a new room, there was someone smoking in the non-smoking area near my new room. I went to reception again and told them about the smoking guy, and they told “just tell him to stop” IN A NON smoking area! And paid $50 more for that. Also, more negative things; the room smell like fish, the door key had to be refixed everyday, dryer was broken, there were splinters in the carpet that made a huge cut on my foot, were was a condom on the underneath the beds sheets, the floors outside were extremely dirty, front desk was a complete ass and with a nasty attitude, etc. I paid over $80 a day for this crap. If could go back in time and get something else for was a cheap as $30. I WOULD!

  : The key stopped working. The staff said” no more coffee. It’s gone. It’s a free breakfast, so what’s there is there.”The fitness room was closed. The iron/ board was not in the room.The staff was rude- to us, and to others we overheard.

  : My request for double beds couldn’t be accommodated even though it didn’t seem like very many guests were there and I’m sure a room was probably available. The pool was not accessible. The room had trash in the can when we arrived. The blanket had burn holes in it.

  : Breakfast was none exsistant. No coffee. It was never refilled. No milk for cereal either.
  : where should I start. 1st the room.... shower wouldnt drain, bathroom door was pried open so it wouldn't shut, molding coming off. The website said they had an arcade for the kids, which there was none & and a pool, which there was none. I'm very disappointed
