  : room door didn’t close, strong smoke smell, bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter when using the sink, water on floor from sink, bathroom not clean, fitted sheet to small, kept popping off, no blankets available, most of the lamps and outlets didn’t work, very difficult to open door to get into the room, AC plug outlet broken laying on the floor with wires showing, bed made noise like someone banging on the wall when we moved. We were scheduled through Booking. com to be there 3 nights. checked out after 1 night. They charged our Amex for the three nights then said they returned the money for the other nights. But charged our Amex another $114. still working to get our refund. When I attempted to tell the desk clerk why we were leaving he wanted to argue with me. I think we were the only guests they had and I know why. I went by the pix on Booking.com when I made the reservation, total misrepresentation.

  : Ok.Very sketchy area. We were in back of the building. There were a group of young adults hanging out infront of their place. Noisy but ok. There were 2 or 3 others on the otherside of the parking lot. Not sure if they were staying there but they made me feel very uneasy. About 8 pm the 2/3 kids were up by my room walkng all around. Just not a comfortable feeling. At 4am was woken to them screaming and laffing outside. I decided to call office oops phone i room does not work so i called 911. They must hsve shown up because noise stopped. When i checked out i reported incident to desk. He said NONE of the phones work! Not a good thing . Told him i called 911 and said he would speak to mgr. If i were staying there alone i would of been very nervous

  : Walked in the room, smelled like smoke and there was dust/trash on the floor. Cracked mirrors and dirty walls. The sheets were dirty.
