  : Complimentary drinks for adults as a evening night cap.
  : Room I reserved more than 3 months ago wasn't avaliable after I paid almost 400 buck for it like I said over 3 months ago. Plus, there was a dirty wash cloth from a previous guest I. Our bathroom shower... so, did they really clean that good.

  : The night staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Our first room was not clean, and we were uncomfortable staying in it. We went back to the desk and they immediately set about finding a vacancy to allow us to move to.
  : The first and most glaring problem was that we were assigned a room which had not been cleaned well. Hair in the shower, unswept debris on the floor, and the room smelled like wet feet. The second issue was, the daytime staff seemed pretty unprofessional. Cooks were super late with breakfast. There were lots of staff around, mostly appearing to be on smoke breaks, you really couldn't tell what they were supposed to be doing. Everyone working did not appear to be in uniform, which made things more confusing. Final issue, there seemed to be people living at the hotel, which if they're paying customers is admittedly none of my business. But when the aforementioned daytime kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed, these folks then started about working the buffet counter, no gloves, no hair nets... I found it awkward and quite off putting. I chose to stay at this property because the reviews said it was clean despite not being fancy, and that was good enough for my purposes on this visit. BUT.... it wasn't even clean.

  : The location is decent as it's about 10 minutes from the beach depending on traffic. This hotel is also near shopping centers and restaurants. Mine came with a full refrigerator and cook top. 1 bedroom, living room area, kitchenette, and bathroom.
  : The room was dark, and could have been cleaner. Kitchen backsplash/tile needs cleaning. Hair/fur was in the shower from previous guest. I think the breakfast fee included in the package should be optional. I didnt care for the selections they provided so I went to a restaurant. The bed was extremely comfortable so that was a plus. As I previously stated the location was decent.

  : Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of variety to choose from. The facility looks fantastic and I’m sure it was a jewel in its day. The rooms are well laid out except for the kitchens with an interior column that forces fridge into walkway. Nice stone tops and brick backsplash.
  : My first room had cockroaches in it. We had just unpacked all our belongings when one jumped out of the cabinet. We were given another room of course on a higher level and did not see any roaches up there, but, we picked up a hitchhiker roach from one of the two rooms that jumped out of my food bag two days later. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!! Air conditioning did not work in the hallways and it felt like I was stepping onto the beach every time I left my room. The elevators make a horrendous scraping sound when the doors close and as they move (one wasn’t as bad), they sometimes made a quick drop/jump when stopping at a floor, no AC again, and they were never cleaned by staff. My view of the “pond” was spoiled by the fact that the water was green and unclean. Not sure of its purpose. Could use that space for more parking and a better drop off. Really needs some basic maintenance upkeep and TLC. Didn’t bother using the pool since the beach was more attractive.

  : The staff was friendly.
  : It wasn't a very clean place - the pool was the most disgusting pool I think I've ever seen. It was more than cloudy-it was dirty. There was hair and string and mucus floating for the entire 3 days we stayed. The front desk couldn't tell us when it would be clean enough to use and they also wouldn't just CLOSE it.We also had a food order delivered with instructions to call us and leave it at the front desk. When the delivery driver arrived at the front desk, THEY GAVE HIM OUR ROOM NUMBER AND SENT HIM TO OUR DOOR!!!! I've never had such a thing happen and I travel monthly on company business. We notified the manager the next day and she apologized but... I'm sorry that's a completely unsafe practice and a violation of our privacy expectations.One of the bathrooms had an extreme odor of mildew so much so we stopped using it. One bedroom didn't have any ventilation or air conditioning reaching it so it stayed a balmy 75 or 77 the whole time. Terrible when it's 90 degrees outside. Needless to say we will never, ever stay at this property again.

  : The Staff was polite and was very helpful with questions we asked. The breakfast bar was very clean. The room was nice and comfy.
  : The hallways were very hot. Not sure why but they were that way the whole weekend.
