  : The pool and hot tub was not open. The front desk was rude, wouldn't accommodate for my husband to be in a handicap room. Wouldn't hear of it.

  : I liked the room and that everything in the room worked. It didnt smell like artifical scents such as Frebreez or others. The beds were comfortable, the ac worked and didnt smell. I also liked the location. It was straight iff the Highway with stores and Restaurants near by. Town was just a few miles down the road.
  : The room smelled like my grandmas basement. The air was old and heavy. Even after keeping the window open and the ac running for fresh air, the smell didnt air out. Like the room has not been occupied in a very long time.I also did not appreciate the staff and our breakfast experience. In fact, it was so bad that we had to go to a pancake restaurant next door and pay for our food rather than eat the inclusive breakfast offered from the hotel. Never in my life have I made an experience this bad (and we travel A LOT) !The pool looks nothing like in the pictures. It is old and has none of the charm shown online.

  : Great location in Wilmington. Friendly Staff. AC worked.
  : Ridiculously inflated price. This is clearly a $100 a night hotel, but for the holiday weekend prices were gouged to $300 per night, even when booking a month ahead. The issues below are almost acceptable at $100 a night, but absolutely not at $300.- The only treadmill in the equipment center was broken. Some other equipment wasn't setup properly to allow room to do anything. It seemed more like a storage room for fitness equipment.- Keys stopped working each night and needed to be recoded by the front desk. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and with the broken elevator that meant scaling the stairs multiple times after coming in for the evening.- Elevator was broken for part of the stay.- House keeping ignored our privacy sign and still entered room while we were gone.- The Acrylic bathtub was not supported by the floor, so standing in the tub to take a shower, felt like you could fall through the bottom of it tub.
