  : The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast! Friendly staff.We enjoyed the pool.It was great sitting under the gazebo where we could enjoy an amazing view.

  : The breakfast was fine and the location was perfect
  : The area around the pool is in need of repair. The ash trays from I guess previous quests were full. The pool table was a joke (not level). The room was musty. There were no propane tanks under the grills. It was basically just poor maintenance. The people running it could have been a little more professional. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place.

  : I didnt get the opportunity to enjoy the service so there is nothing good i liked about this place. The reviews and ratings are also made up.
  : I was double booked on same day by mistake and wanted to cancel my reservation. Bookings.com helped me but the property manager woudnt waive my cancellation fee and didnt return my refund. In my entire stay at US i have never come across any hotels where if you explain your genuine situation the property or company has denied of refunds. I begged and requested them to refund me as i didnt enjoy any services provided and that it was a mistake.I was hoping they would understand what it means to lose $260 without enjoying any services. I have rated this property as poor and staff as non cooperative, if they didnt take my request into consideration then it absolutely makes no sense to imagine the staff to be good and compassionate. Had they approved my refund my travels woudnt have been spoiled. I was also told by the front desk receptionist Shelby that they would return my refund if I talked to booking.com but they lied. Infact bookings.com was cooperative only if the property manager had approved.Come on everyone makes mistakes, this they should have known and shouldnt bid anyone by rules. I was expecting if not complete then partial cancellation fee would be what they should charge me. I woudnt recommend this property to anyone where the staff and manager lack empathy and take disadvantage of other’s situation.

  : We enjoyed breakfast and were able to sit on the outside porch, with a very nice view. The food was good, but very basic. Other B&B have offered very tasty (fattening) meals.
  : Again, we did enjoy our stay. The hotel & furnishings are a bit older and could be updated.

  : Someone needs to do a deep cleaning . Patio furniture was filthy. Sweeping and a lawn blower are needed. The outdoor seating has so much potential but it is obviously not maintained
