  : This was a very sweet, charming and historic B&B. We werent sure what to expect but, it met any expectations we thought we had and more. The private room with a bathroom and its own balcony was so nice and comforting. Everything was clean and in its place. The new owners were so great and equally as accommodating to our individual needs. The extra touches that were available made it even more comforting specifically the owners daughter providing the perfect and favored snacks. Great idea!! The location was spot on to the tiny charming town and perfect distance from so many wineries. But what set everything a part and elevated the entire stay was the incredibly friendly owners and their insanely delicious breakfasts.
  : There isnt really anything we didnt like. But the mattress was a bit rough in comfort however clean and in great condition. We know the new owners have fabulous plans ahead for this awesome B&B so we look forward to the next stay.

  : The hosts were very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for hiring car services and dinner.
  : The steps to the porch are covered with carpet which is not as nice as the house and porch.

  : The owner was lovely and very welcoming and the property was close to everything. The breakfasts were delicious.
  : The place needs a bit of updating. However, she told us that they just purchased it recently. Im sure they will be doing some of that.

  : Excellent location with easy access foot to Watkins Glen and short drives to lake attractions like wineries and hiking. I loved the balcony, patio options to sit outdoors with a lake view or in the cool shade, or to catch some rays. Great hostess! Nice breakfast, mix or healthy and comfort (baked goods). Great coffee!
  : Bathroom needed some maintenance, but I understand they are renovating room by room, and our room needs a little work. Nothing major.

  : Very relaxed and welcoming. Jen and Adam were so kind and helpful. Our fellow guests were engaging. We liked our room and the breakfast was delicious.
  : Parking on street with steps to unload and load baggage.
