  : We like that is was modern, the place is secure and it was very organized.
  : It offers us so much things, and when we arrive, the apartment was not the one we reserved. He offered us an apartment with 64m2 and it was of 35m2, and without a sofa bed.

  : The apartment itself was nice.
  : The check in information was sent to us at 6.20pm on the day of check in even though check in was supposedly at 3pm. We had booked for 3 people and the bedding provided for the pull-out consisted of one sheet, an uncovered comforter, and a single thin pillow without a pillowcase. There was a soaking wet bath mat in the washing machine. That we needed to then dry before we could use the machine. The wifi wasn't working because the account's bill hadn't been paid. This was an issue because I'd specifically booked this accomodation because it had wifi as I had an international telehealth appointment that was important and I had to make other arrangements. When I raised the issue of the bedding and the wifi, it took 24 hours to get new sheets and the wifi wasn't addressed at all. The check in instructions, when they arrived, were an extended list of all the things you were not allowed to do , and a long list of all the things you had to do before leaving to avoid a cleaning fee. Only being provided a single diswashing tablet and an empty detergent bottle, with no scrubbing brush or tea towel made following this overbearing rules difficult. All in all, the 3 of us were very unimpressed with the attitude and service for an apartment that was at the top end of our budget. We would have been better looked after at a hotel 6 for half the price.

  : The apartment is just as the pictures show. The location is perfect and the unit was very comfortable and full equipped. The stay was incredible! Highly recommend it.
  : We only had an inconvenience at the time of check in, because the person who was supposed to be waiting for us was not there, and we spent more than an hour waiting at the door. Luckily Stephon solved it as soon as we talked with him.
