  : The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the house itself is nice
  : The second toilet was clogged, the plunger was broken, the TV remotes did not work with the TV's, and the shower wouldn't get hot, barely warm enough to stand. I contacted vacasa about it and the didn't even call back. My family of 6 had to get by with 1 toilet for 4 days. It would have been nice to have even a TV to watch. My problem definitely isn't with the house itself, but the management company

  : I think I would have liked it but we didnt stay due to issues with the house
  : the house had a water issue. which I get there was a very cold snap and I assume that attributed to the issue. I drive down from Va. I received an email around 4pm. that I did t see due to driving so when I arrived it was a total shock to find out the house was not available and there was not a replacement option. someone could have called me and I could have been making arrangements. very disappointed.
