  : the room was dirty especially the floor , Who or whoever checked this room before we checked in had to blind not seeing these issues ! Dead bugs behind the sofa and no I didnt have to get down on the floor to see them, and under the bar stools ! we literally swept the room ourselves till we realized just how dirty the floor were and reported it to the front desk which then a nice lady called Mindy she came and mopped the floors due to no one in housekeeping was there !! thank you Mindy we appreciated your effort Housekeeping should be ashamed for letting a paying customer come into such a dirty room .. this room would have been perfect if someone would have taken a little more time and put more effort to detail I wouldnt be having to write this .. oh take a look behind the headboard of the bed which is noticeable as you turn the lamp on at the dusty wall . oh and the gardens that are shown in the pictures , nothing like it ! lets not forget the drawer with for the eating untencils the vent where the air comes through.. ok Im done

  : The location was ideal - right on the beach and also close to restaurants and historical sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Would not go again at this time of year - the price was too high. Will pick a slower season next time.

  : Their was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. Also false advertising of on-site parking. I had to park across the street on a gravel lot that was someones home.

  : Parking offsite, across 4-lane busy highway, even though we requested onsite. We're older (mid-70's) and have handicapped parking tag.

  : Great sophisticated accomodations and room/apartment right at the beach. Staff was attentive and available. Designated parking spot was refreshing.
  : The coffee machine was insufficient. Only decaff in the room initially and the machine was missing accessories like a filter. The tv's were not smart tvs.

  : A little dirty. Found a coffee cup in cabinet with butter or something caked in it.

  : The main bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly.
  : Large clumps of dust visible behind bed frame and a thick layer of dust visible on lamp shades.Sand on surfaces upon our arrival. Space in the unit was very limited. Even basic supplies offered in kitchenette area extremely limited. There were no drawers to unpack in and closet was small. The description of the garden patio as being "private" was very misleading as it was shared with other units and also served as a walk thru. Misleading to call it "beach front" as beach was not visible from unit and the walk to the beach was not straight forward.Very cheap supplies (paper products, toiletries, etc.) considering the price of room and how it was marketed.
