  : There is a beautiful, clean Marriott down the street! STAY AWAY!!! False advertisement!!
  : We booked a one night stay on the weekend with friends, double queen beds $229 ONE NIGHT STAY!!! for the casino, food and fun. This property is not as pictured. building is old dirty gray. They only offer full and queen beds which is a disservice. The bed linens are old, dingy and out dated. The windows from the outside in are filled with scum. The building upon arrival looks run down and very disappointing. We were sent to dirty room filled with cigarette smoke . We had to haul our things back downstairs for him to tell us to give them 10 more minutes after our original check in time. After 30 more minutes. We were able to enter, the beds had been changed, bathroom cleaned, but The floors were dirty!!, not mopped, our socks were filthy. The cleaning crew was arguing with the concierge. The outside doors to the property don’t lock and don’t close properly. We felt unsafe. People were running in and out slamming doors that shook our bedroom door. The walls are painted over with a dark nasty brown color. The property and the linen had a foul smell. STAY AWAY!! *They didn’t give a discount for the inconvenience and false advertising*. I don’t recommend this property unless you want a TRAP HOUSE for a short film.

  : The location was fine for the event we were going to.
  : I didn't like that the hotel charged me twice and I still haven't received my money back. They kept saying it's the holding fee and it will fall off on the next business day. I was there for graduation on a Saturday and needed the money for food and travel. Over $300 as a holding fee is ridiculous. Then the room was filthy. Thick dust on walls and pictures and the floors were dirty. I woke up to use the restroom and there was roaches all over the bathroom floor like a horror movie. The TV remote had tape on the back to hold the batteries in. My stay was absolutely HORRIBLE!

  : Breakfast was good. The room was also good for the price. The TV was spotty but, we weren't there very much to worry about it. The front desk check in guy was cool. He was a student at the local UofA and was very nice.
  : The bathtub did not drain well and the shower head was not good.

Disappointing

  : Staff at the counter was mixed. Some good some bad. Was charged for another week even though I checked out but the charges were credited back within 2 days. Location is ok.
  : Probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had that didn’t give me food poisoning. One of the biggest reasons I couldn’t stay. We had a big storm and the window leaked onto the floor pretty bad. Had to use our towels to soak it up. Not terrible but not great. Went to another place with better value.
