  : The rooms AC did not work it was off when we arrived we cranked it up and it never got cold or even room temperature. The temperature was the same as outside around 80+. There were people all over the property soliciting, which isnt abnormal but it was every five seconds someone was asking for money or to buy them alcohol, deeply annoying! The most aggravating part is you had to communicate through a bank teller window because the lobby was closed, no doubt due to the amount of riffraff hanging around at the lobby building. We didnt even make it through the one night we stayed left within an hour. The situation was so off putting that i didnt care that I spent 180$ to stay the night.

  : The room smelled terrible. There was no way to take a bath because the tub had no stopper so you could only shower. There was and additional fee of $50 charged upon check in that I was never aware of nor given prior notice to. She wanted it in cash but because I didn't know about it I did not have it so she charged it to my card. If I could of known my room was going to be almost $400 up front I would of definitely of picked a better quality hotel. There was people constantly walking around and yelling by our car and hotel door which made me feel very unsafe. Housekeeping came and took our towels but didn't bring us any new ones for hours and then when they did they didn't empty the trash in the room just dropped the towels and left. I will not be staying at this location again all around I was very disappointed.

  : It was very run down, unsafe. Room was dirty, front desk staff was rude, tried to say we reserved a smoking room-I have asthma and a lung disease! We would never reserve smoking! Towels, toilet paper were very thin and bathroom was disgusting.

  : The staff was friendly and willing to work with us but that is all I liked.
  : Everything about this hotel. It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. The room had not been cleaned and the bed could not have passed any health inspection. There were stains on the mattress and sheets, flies on the bed and floor, and the bathroom was not cleaned. We also did not realize until check-in that there are smoking and non-smoking rooms and the system automatically booked us in smoking rooms. This was not an option when I booked the rooms and we were traveling with a friend that was pregnant. We ended up having to leave and find another hotel due to the lack of cleanliness.
