  : Overall everything went well. Staff was very professional and help us with new key card for entry room. Breakfast area was great as well. Food was good loved coffee ☕. Thank you ☺
  : Once enter into room on one of the beds by window found 2 dead bugs on top bed. Not cool. Thank goodness it was dead.

  : The towels were clean. The front desk personnel were great. The breakfast they offered was great.
  : There were a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs. Bed bugs too. The floor of the room was very dirty.

  : The staff were helpful. It was close to Busch Gardens.
  : The outside areas were not very pleasant, especially the stairwells and doors. The first room we had smelled very badly of smoke. We were given another room but it was not a great start.

  : Well for breakfast we got there right at 7 am when they opened and the sausages they had were very cold they had the side with the Microwave closed off and the worst part was my 2nd night I was laying in the bed and someone tried kicking the door down from the outside I was so scared I called the front office to tell them they said they would check I called again and asked for someone to come up and look at the door and the man that came up was not helpful at all he was basically calling me a liar I told him to look at the door you can clearly see that someone did that he said everybody here is scared there are cops across the street again telling me I am lying he said he has been here for a long time and nothing happens I will never stay here again they don’t care about you at all and i don’t feel safe I am so happy my kids weren’t here.
