  : (1) The lobby (and my room) was nicely appointed and clean.(2) The day manager during my week stay had situational awareness of people/guests entering the building and was very friendly and helpful. We needed something printed and had trouble getting it done and she readily did it for us. (3) Location was easy to get to and near other businesses/stores.(4) A good variety of breakfast that alternated daily. The week and weekend serving staff were friendly and made sure the food was stocked and the area was clean. (4) Mini fridge and microwave in the room.(6) Loved the Nespresso machine (hot water, tea, coffee, expresso, cappuccino) in the lobby that was available 24/7!
  : (1) Lighting in the room and hallway could have been more, but not unusually different than most other hotels where I have stayed.(2) Signage on the elevator door said I could sign up to join BW awards and that someone at the front desk could do it. I went to the front desk in that moment for help to have someone do it and they did not know how. The moment passed because I was traveling and busy, and to this day have not signed up. Would be better for anyone who could be at the front desk to know how to do this for guests.(3) The laundry area has one older washer and one dryer pair, but availability was not an issue for me even though the hotel was full, but someone did have to wait for me to be done. Improvements that could be helpful: (i) signage that indicates how long each machine operates and (ii) stacked newer machines; would be able to have two washers and two dryers. The temperature on the dryer was not accurate, i.e., “medium” heat was “super hot.” Newer hotel washers/dryers have coin and credit card options, countdown timers, and temperature settings that might be closer to what is expected.
