  : The staff were exceptional, went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The parking garage was good and easily accessible.
  : The decor was not our style, but that was not a problem. We do prefer a bath in the rooms, and the rooms only had a shower.

  : The one front female at the desk was rude & unprofessional. No manager was available on the property. My reservation was refused though I had a printed copy in hand. Called Hilton customer service and supervisor said there was nothing they could do. Had to find somewhere else after traveling from Atlanta. Missed my niece nursing school pinning graduation ceremony, the only reason for my trip.

  : The room keys didn't work for hours. The first room we checked into smelled like mildew. The restaurant burnt and undercooked our food. Then, I was overcharged for the stay after check out.

  : The Lobby of the hotel was beautiful. The Front Desk attendant was professional.
  : The hotel did not have rooms clean nor available at 11:30pm that night even though Check-In was 4:00 pm. People had been sitting in the lobby from 4:00pm waiting for rooms when I arrived. DoubleTree offered another location as an option and I stayed there instead. The other hotel charged me again even though the DoubleTree promised they would send the documents and payment. I couldn't reach a manager nor receive a response to my calls nor email. 3 Days later the money was refunded to the credit card for the alternate hotel.

  : There is no smart customer service. Meaning no problem solving or manager presence. There was a power outage and there was NO plan on how to handle the customers or ensure they had a place to stay within the Hilton system. It was ridiculous.

  : The lady that worked at the coffee shop was super nice and also the entire staff were friendly
  : The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. There was lipstick on my blankets (I don’t wear lipstick) the bathroom was outdated and needs to be remodeled, the carpet was soaking wet from the leaking refrigerator and the room was moist & humid the entire time with a sticky feel. All that being said , I would’ve asked for a different room, but I couldn’t because at check in they gave my room away to some else who checked in before me. The on duty manager suggested that she would walk me to another hotel (at 8:30p) since my room wasn’t available anymore. After about 20min, they finally found me this dump !!!! I will NEVER stay here again! Shame on you Doubletree . You really tricked me with the pretty pictures online. I know better now.

  : This hotel is like a pig dressed up with lipstick. The exterior is beautiful. The interior including the lobby is filthy. Modern furniture with stains. My first room door had a 4 inch gap in between the frame. The second room had a water leak.
