  : Location was great! Beach was right outside our door. There was a clean pool, shuffle board, lounge chairs and picnic tables. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen which was great for my large family.
  : The unit needs a deep cleaning and better attention to details from the cleaning company. There were some dirty areas that seemed to have been overlooked. It is an older building so fixtures within our unit could definitely use some updating.

  : In regards to booking:Upon booking, it was fantastic to have the option to book our entire vacation by only having to pay the first night's fee, up-front. This makes it so much more feasible for families to book vacations on the dates they want to take them, instead of having to save up, and then by the time that happens, the dates the family may have wanted are gone. The resort also offers the option of paying the entire vacation, though, so if you prefer to do that, you have either option available to you. I think this is a great feature! The resort also confirmed our stay very quickly! First thing in the morning after we booked late the previous night.In regards to our stay:The resort was beautiful! The gentleman who greeted me upon arrival was very pleasant. When we got to our unit, we had an actual beachfront unit, and were literally just steps from the beach! We were close to a couple of gift shops (close walking distance, which was great), and a quick drive to a couple of supermarkets, which was very convenient for a quick run. Also close to different highways to go off and explore. In other words, great location! We did not use the additional amenities the resort had to offer (such as the recreation room, the swimming pool, shuffleboard area, laundry room, etc.) due to concerns of maintaining safety during COVID-19. If not for the pandemic, we certainly would have used them, and it would have been nice being able to do so! I'm glad that I opted not to use the laundry room, and that there was no washer/dryer in the unit, as I got to actually relax and enjoy vacation instead of doing chores. That made it all the more enjoyable and relaxing! I also like that if I really had to do any, I had the option to do so by quickly going downstairs. I loved that we did not have to worry about a key for our unit, as the lock was electronic, which made it easier and less stressful when going out.
  : There were a few things I would recommend improving upon to make the stay even more enjoyable. For instance, the beds and pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. My lower back began to hurt after couple of nights. The bedroom was really bright in the morning (it faces east where the sun rises), which made it very difficult to sleep-in on days we did not wake up early to go to the beach. The bedroom could definitely benefit from an additional window treatment, such as blackout curtains. While I loved that we had an electronic front door lock, it was really quirky, at first. When we initially arrived, we had a lot of trouble trying to get into the unit, as it looked like it was getting stuck. Turns out, the metal lock receptacle on the door frame was very rusted. I took a paper towel and tried cleaning some of it off, which helped dramatically. We did not have any further trouble with the lock after that, so maybe replacing the metal with a new one could help that more permanently.

  : Staff and the cleanliness the don’t take care of the units the room was very warm the AC was not cooling at all in the rooms

  : The pool area was dirty and littered , styrofoam balls floating in the pool. The cookware in the unit was well past it's prime. The flatware was children sizes. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable.
