  : The staff was snippy and rude not to mention slow, even after booking and paying in advance it took 35 min from time of arrival to get into the room we ended up in ( after being sent to 2 other rooms that were not remotely worthy of trying to stay in) air conditioner was broken in the first and it was like walking into a sauna second room we were sent to was bolted on the inside so we couldn't even get in, the handicap room I had originally booked wasn't clean when we arrived ( I was looked at up and down and asked " do you actually need that room" which is not appropriate at all, as a disabled person the stairs were difficult ( and extremely sicky and dirty) but seemed the safer alternative to the elevator, the floor in the room we finally got was wet and the carpet was gross, there were hairs and mold in the bathroom on the floors and the mold in the ceiling tiles, their " full breakfast " was like 3 things that didn't look safe to eat at all, the entire place smelled like pot and that smell isn't usually a problem for me but it was extreme, for a hundred dollar room it was not worth it, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the wall outlets were not easily accessible and under the door to the adjoining room there was a big mess of dog food spilling under the door. The highlight of this stay was walking out in the morning

  : Had a couple roaches in the bathroom, one room had a moldy coffee basket with last occupants coffee ground in it. Shoddy work done to the room with plaster and electrical boxes in plain sight.
