  : Location was great.
  : Room is in need of remodeling. Room not serviced. Remote/tv didn't work. a/c sucked in the fumes of the marijuana party in the parking lot. They would not accept my credit card as payment but would not explain why. Card is accepted everywhere else.

  : What I liked about this property was that it was in the vicinity of my doctors all of them it was near restaurants, fast food places the mall, of course, and several mini malls. The staff was exceptional. I mean we only saw maybe one person but she was really really sweet. There was a mixup in my room. I had wanted a disability room and somehow it didnt convey in the final booking. No problem her manager, owner, Im not sure who it was, but he said you know what same price you give her the upgrade and move her to another room not in those exact words Im sure, but you get my meaning. The room was beautiful I mean it was gorgeous king size bed with the private bathroom right next to it. The bathroom had standard size tub but Couldve been bigger and had a bar for disability use on the inside outside of the tub was a large bar set up with the toilet on the other side for eating yourself getting on and off the toilet and into the tub. Next to that was the sink and lot of counter space. It offered a hair dryer, which was sitting there with a nice big, fluffy towel, and a nice sized, fluffy hand, towel of which they thought was a rag a.k.a. a washcloth. I have to giggle with that. On the right hand side of the wall of the bathroom is a closet Right inside the front door there was a desk to the right with a lamp on it and a Beautiful picture above it. To the left coming in the door was a small closet and the kitchen. The kitchen was complete with stove, top oven, full-size refrigerator with one of those little small freezers on top and dishwasher sink an island of which had two nice sized wide seated barstools. And right in the front when you walk in before you get to the king size bed is a sofa. The sofa had a futon mattress with it so you were able to fold it out and have extra room or you could leave it in right while youre sitting there.
  : What I didnt like about the property the mixup in the first place was not convenient, and the ability for a wheelchair to get into the room was not ideal. above the island, one of the four lights was out. The chair belonging to the desk. We found outside of the room with spiderwebs and who knows what else on it which we bounced off the chair. Even though the bed was clean and fully made, and the bathroom was immaculate there is still an issue of the rest of the place. First there was only three pillows that shouldve been 6, 4 for the King 2 for the sofa bed. The floor by the time I went to take my bath before bed. My feet were black from walking along the floor. The tub actually should have had more bars for disability use than it did, because when I went to try to sit down, the bars were above me and I couldnt hold myself and I fell to this day I am hurting still and we stayed Sunday night, the 10th of September 2023. The worst part about our stay was we had people above us that were drunk, running around having sex on the floor you could tell and yes, one girl was taking down the license plate number and making model writing everything down of the truck that she had drove when she got out clearly drunk before she walked up to the room, not quite sure what that was all about but something didnt sit right with me so Im hoping the owner of the truck is OK.

  : The rooms were dirty/nasty and they smelled. The bathtub was dirty. It's was the worst hotel I've ever seen!!

  : Close to the shopping and restaurants.
  : It looked like it may have been old apartments that were being renovated due half were closed down. It had a smell of being musty or cheap cigars.

  : Bugs on counters, dirty bedding in closet, part of the flooring missing, odor in room. Lady at the front desk coughing on everything. Canceled reservation and ran as fast as I could.

  : There was blood on my sheets and in my bathroom, ceiling falling apart over sink, mold in the bathtub, and blood on the bathroom floor. No remote and buttons on tv did not work so no tv. Terrible stay

  : The property was very outdated and dirty. Went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean the whole penthouse. The dishs was left in the dishwasher and not placed in the cabinet where they belonged. The kitchen floor has week spots. The upstairs tv didnt work properly. Some of the staff was not very accommodating. There was only 3 pillows and 2 blankets in the room that had 5 beds. Wouldnt recommend this property to anyone.
