  : The couple that run the place are really nice people and they do what they could to try to keep it operating. Breakfast.
  : Let's see... Their only Icemaker was broken, other folks that were there 2 months earlier stated it didn't work then either. Air conditioner in our room was an old sleeve opening with a tiny 5000 btu window unit replacing the old 8000 btu with holes under the a/c to the outside. The rooms weren't even cool enough to sleep in while 85 F , and at 400 bucks per night for this past Friday and Saturday night, they've got some explaining to do. There were still stains on the floor of the room next to the bed, like ice cream was spilled there, paint falling from old leaks. There was mold growing on the upper bathroom walls, right above the garbage pail in the bathroom that had mold inside of it as well . The rooms are pet friendly so they of course are infested with fleas or other things. There were no comforters on the beds, only a thin sandy bedspread and sheets. There was one comforter/ decent blanket above the clothes rack folded up. My wife went to use it to cover the sandy beds and it had candy and other sticky things stuck to it all over. Crumbs in drawers.There was still hair in the bathtub, soap scum all over the walls of the shower/tub showing it hadn't been cleaned. The grounds are in terrible shape, the whole place is falling apart, linens are minimal meaning towels aren't available for the pool, pool and grounds all need repair, the pool patio is gross., it needs close inspection by the city, the building needs to be inspected and taken care of by Choice Hotels, or by the city where it really should be condemned and demolished, then a rebuild of something new. Choice Hotels needs to refund their customers for offering an awful experience where this place in no way meets the specs of Choice Hotels or the expectation of their customers. No microwave in room as listed, no coffee makers, nothing. We had to ask for towels because they don't have enough for everybody at the same time.

  : The employees were very friendly.
  : No cable, no wifi, the place has a strange smells, the bedroom was too small, the bed size supposed to be queen and we end up getting a full size, sink in the bathroom had some hair and the towel hanging behind the door was wet. Free breakfast? When we get to the cafeteria there were no coffee and the waffles mix was rotten. Think twice before throwing your money away. It's not worth the aggravation!!!
