: Location … close to the beach …2 min walking distance to the boardwalk …
: The property is very old, you can smell the cigarettes (even thought it I was a smoke free room we had ) A horrible moldy smell from an air conditioner… we had a room with kitchenette- just bring your utensils pan, dishes , cups if you want to cook…. Nothing was provided…

: It's an easy walk to the beach. The hotel has plenty of Parking on site or in an overflow nearby. They do free Poolside Pizza on Wednesdays, so it was nice to come back from the beach to find pizza ready for us to grab and hang out at the pool for a bit. The pool was well kept and clean. The exterior of the building is very pretty and clean with plants and flowers around the balcony and rails. Staff was super kind and helpful. Check-in and out were simple. There's a Laundromat right next door, so it was convenient to drop off and pick up our laundry before we left.
: There is a nice sized balcony with chairs and tables. We really would have liked chairs right outside our rooms, but the walkway is pretty narrow and wouldn't leave room for other guests to walk by. The hotel faces away from the beach/boardwalk so it's not much of a view. The pool area has a simple scenic backdrop along the fence to block out the view of the streets. That's a nice touch to give some privacy at least. The kitchenette was a simple oven/stove, sink, and mini fridge. No microwave. The burners on the stove didn't all work and should be replaced. The table was supposed to be a circular one, but the two rounded sides didn't stay up so it was just a small rectangle that didn't provide much space.
