  : Edwin and his assistant were always helpful with guidance, suggestions, and responded in just moments when I reported a possible concern with the plumbing. I felt more like I was calling my adept brother and sister than a property manager, which was a great feeling to have. We were close to several great places to eat (Pinky's #1 breakfast in the area!) and we enjoyed hours at the beach with just a short walk... Long enough to dry off and not long enough to get hot. Clean, safe, mostly quiet, and such a great price!
  : Admittedly, it would be nice to have somewhere to sit and relax a bit like a small sofa... other than that one thing, this place was ideal for what we wanted.

  : The studio was at a great price for length of time of my stay.
  : PR Studio APT 5 Review Everything in the studio apartment was operational and functional however, the A/C was not big enough to keep the studio cool. Maybe because the door is not sealed, hot air flows through the entire edge of the door. The bathroom remains hot all day and if you keep the bathroom door open the A/C struggles more. The toilet in this APT is placed directly in front of the sink which makes it hard to sit if you are taller than 4ft and Im 6ft 2in. The main ceiling light also radiates lots of heat so its best to keep it off although the lamp is very dim. It does not have a hot plate or stove but does have a microwave, fridge, sink, a counter top toaster, and an indoor grill on the deck. Lastly, the parking is horrible, the residents block off majority of the available parking as if they are doing construction on their homes but they are not, theyre just keeping parking for themselves while they go to work.

  : Location was convenient to restaurants and to other tourist points.
  : The apartment complex is shared with other guests and there was a fight and a bunch of noise on my second night. I was a bit scared from someone banging on my door.

  : The step up at the toilet is a hazard specially at night. Very difficult to sit on the toilet if you're tall.

  : The owner (Edwin) is very friendly, helpfully and laid back. The same is the caretaker/maid (Natacha). The studio was very clean and positioned in a very good location: close to an excellent beach and to many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and supermarkets. The area is safe. A good value for the money.
  : The air conditioning machine is very noisy (and I had earplugs!). The neighbors are also very noisy (the houses are very crammed, so you can hear everything from the neighbors). Ask if there is still construction going on: I stayed one week and for about 5 days there was construction on the site and at the neighbors during the day (at the fence, at the roof, etc). The studio I stayed is located on the second floor and you need to climb narrow metal stairs in a spiral. This would be difficult to climb for an overweight//obese, elderly person, or someone with mobility issues.

  : Edwin was great!! He made sure I was able to get into the property. I didn't check in until almost midnight he answered my call and was willing to come to the property when he was far away. Thanks for the great customer service I really appreciated it.
  : Dog barking and construction noise. I wouldn't have been able to work from the property due to the noise. I had to park down the street and the water never got hot and the shower head fell off when I turned the water on. I waited until I got to my other room to shower.
