  : I really liked the location and the host! the location is very convenient - about 9 minutes drive from the airport, all good restaurants, the beach and tourist attractions were within walkable distance! I especially liked the host - very hospitable, funny and very welcoming. He navigated me around San Juan and gave recommendations. it was my pleasure to talk to him. on the second day he brought new rugs to the studio where I was staying in. he always made sure I was feeling safe and comfortable.
  : The noise from neighbors! someone celebrated their birthday - it was so loud till 3 am, I could not sleep. Generally, this area has lots of tourists and it is loud sometimes. Nothing to do with the host though )) Another thing is - the studio is very tiny. it probably would not be comfortable to stay there for 2 people of for someone who is obese.

  : The owner seem like a nice guy. Room was cool when we arrived which was very nice considering it was really hot outside Parking was no problem at all on the surrounding streets (we were there off season though)
  : Shower head and hose was disconnecting from the pipes and falling of all the time. Water temperature was very random and hard to control changing from hot to cold every 10 seconds. Amenities like shampoo etc. were not included.
