  : The apartment is great with all equipment you need. The room is very clean and organized.
  : The check-in specialist didn't explain much when we check-in and not so helpful during our stay. Not only the staff but also the office operator ignore our message. We had a lot of luggages so wondered if there is a storage room to leave our stuffs, we texted the day before check out till we check out, none of reply about it. Is fine for us if there is no storage room, but you should at least reply!

  : The apartment overall was great.
  : The only main concern was lack of parking options nearby. You may want to consider amending the description to be more clear on the parking. Also, the ad mentions not to use towels to clean up, rather to use paper towels. It would’ve been nice to have paper towels. We also ran out of toilet paper for our week stay.

  : Location is great and the room is indeed very sunny
  : Once you check in, the room is probably a good deal, but I had issues with the check in process and the mismatch in communication that happens before you show up. DONT rely on the information you get via booking.com; instead always go by what they text you. There is a centralized coordinator and then a local one. Do know that you will be required to give your credit card information on a piece of paper as part of the check in process. There is no way around it and they text you this too (I didnt read it - so my bad). Also, there is NO dedicated parking. Its all street parking and with the myriad parking restrictions downtown, take care to not get ticketed. Weekend parking is a pain and the nearby parking lot has been converted into a COVID vaccination site. Traffic can get really terrible from 9 AM - 5 PM during the weekdays with people trying to get into the vaccination site - so plan accordingly. Also, parking on the weekends and in the evening is a pain. Overall - if you are visiting, just uber/take public transport :)Know that the centralized coordinator and the local one dont seem to talk and there is a HUGE mismatch in what each knows/is able to do. The local coordinators hands are tied when it comes to the check in process. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I felt unwelcome when checking in, but he redeemed himself when I pointed out that the bathtub was nasty with hair and gunk in it, and he immediately cleaned it the same day. He could use a little bit more customer centricity though and not make them feel like a burden or lose his cool with snazzy comments. The central coordinator, however was worse and was unwilling to accommodate a request for basic toilet essentials that a normal hotel would do. Again - reset your expectations about this place. Its not a hotel after all :)Check out is a breeze too. Just take a pic of the keys and make sure to let both the central and local coordinator (remember - they dont communicate)

  : Everything besides the parking situation was great. Plenty of sleeping space, good size bathroom. There's quite the minimum contact with staff which I enjoyed. At the same time, staff was very friendly and helpful in a timely manner.
  : Finding parking is the worst. The rules for parking around the block changed depending on the day or they even added temp signs on places that otherwise would've been perfectly fine to park at so you had to either wake up extra early to move your car or cross your fingers you could find a spot somewhere else close by.

  : Beautiful Building and New condo...great size
  : I havent been in downtown San Diego in 15 years..the homeless population is large and one even snuck into the lobby the first morning i was there acting like he was waiting for the leasing manager. For anyone staying here it is safe but there was human feces literally outside the front doors to the building so just be aware...Building was very nice and clean inside..Condo could use a comforter type blanket and kitchen towels..just recommendations..They said on listing there was parking but it is street parking so again be aware...as street parking you have to watch the signs as some nights they don't let you move in the middle of the night..
