  : The location was nice.
  : It was completely disorganized. We had little to no information. We stayed outside for over an hour waiting for a key. Communication was done on a app coming from Japan we didn’t even have.

  : Location was good but we were told not to talk with anyone because not supposed to rent the place via vacation rental.
  : Sand on bed and place was not clean. Ikea furniture coming undone as not constructed well, no curtains on windows and bright light all night, could not autolock door as instructed to do so, connected to gym for view.

  : The facility was a great set up for one. I like the ability to workout in the morning. Usually nobody was in the gym.
  : The transient issue. It is really bad in that area and I found out why, there is a nearby shelter one block away. I walked from this location toward the water everyday and would pass by 20+ transients. They did leave me alone, but I didn't enjoy having to walk by them.

  : It's the perfect little apartment for a short getaway to San Diego. A friend recommended La Puerta restaurant so we went there on our first night. There are a ton of Lyft, Bird, etc. scooters all over that area so we scooted to and from the main Market St. area for the entire duration of our stay. The most expensive ride we took was $7 after riding around for 20 minutes. Usually, the rides cost $2-$4 to get to and from the apartment to the downtown area.We also walked (5 mins) over one morning to Balboa Park (where the Padres play) and had a breakfast picnic on the grassy area. It's very dog-friendly so it was nice to see so many people walking their cute dogs first thing in the morning.Other places we visited via car from this place:- La Jolla: 20 minutes (highly recommend the Sea Cave Kayak Tour with Everyday California)- Sunset Cliffs (for the most beautiful sunset of my life): 20 mins- Coronado Island: 10-15 minutesWithin the apartment itself, it felt very clean. There are 2 stovetop burners, a microwave and a minifridge, which I knew from the listing, so we brought eggs, toast, butter, cereal, fruit, etc. to make breakfast for ourselves before heading out each day. We also brought coffee grounds because the listing shows a coffee maker but it was broken during our stay :(The bathroom is huge! There were plenty of extra body and hand towels in the closet. We brought our own shampoo/conditioner/soap but I noticed they provided those things just like a hotel would.Parking wasn't bad - there isn't reserved parking with your stay, but there are plenty of spots on the surrounding streets. The farthest we had to walk was 4-5 minutes because we parked 2 streets over. We never got a spot right outside of the apartment, but we always found spots within a 2-block radius. We only drove to the places that we couldn't "scoot" to.
  : The coffee maker was broken and the bed was not very comfortable. The thing that was most off-putting to me was that upon arrival, I had to sign a form consenting the property owners to charge my credit card, and I did NOT like that I had to write my credit card number/exp/CVV on a piece of paper that he then took a picture of and sent to a group chat (with his colleagues, I am assuming). I asked, "I already paid on Booking . com - why do I have to write my credit card number down on this piece of paper? It doesn't even say how much I am consenting to charge." (so I wrote in the dollar amount that Booking . com posted for my entire stay, without the security deposit) and he said that because they sometimes experience fraud with Booking, they need to have my card on THEIR file to make sure they get paid. I was skeptical, but complied. I'm sure it's fine but it just didn't feel secure at all and actually deters me from using Booking . com again (instead of Airbnb, which is what I usually use for short-term bookings).
