: Location! Location! Location! Walking distance to Main Street where the shops are. Front desk folks very friendly.
: Customer service after I left item in room. Took them two days to drive 5 minutes to check. I blame management and not front desk. Also need clearer instructions on how to check in.

: The location was great. Short walk up hill and to the left a great Marg. at downshift. Lots of shopping and eating nearby. River near but we are on the opposite side of he river but could still view as we walked up the hill. Screen door torn up. Washer and Dryer only works on certain settings and is VERY slow. Dishwasher very old and iffy. No extra care gone to by the host. They were good if you called and asked specifically for something. I called about a broom and soap for the dishwasher and they brought it out quickly. WIFI not good. Kept going out. We chose location for my hubby to work so very disappointed he missed several meetings. They did bring out a new router but it was the day before we left. Batteries going out of remote. Empty Kleenex box. Cleanliness ok but not great. Found lots of dog hair on the vents by the floor. Good floor plan and deck with a hot tub. Porch very dirty but I swept it.
