  : Good location to main street of Ruidoso. Owner was very friendly and only a phone call away to answer questions. WIFI worked well. We didn't use TV. Good parking. Nice front porch. No stairs to or within the home. Little complex for wheelchair access, but we travel with small alum ramp that made the porch & entire unit accessible (stairs in pic go to lower unit).
  : Add-on costs really balloon the final price.The kitchen is modestly outfitted with utensils, etc. if you plan to cook-in. We ate most meals in town.
