  : Breakfast needs have to variety, we stayed for five days with not a single change in items for breakfast.
  : Rooms cleaning and bedding is not cleaned or changed on daily basis which is not good practice.

  : The rooms are quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the room is large with comfy sofa. It was also very clean and I love the walk in shower rather than tub.I also love that the shuttle picks up from the international terminal.
  : The halls are extremely dark and the carpet is stained. The restaurant/bar is very limited in it’s menu.The breakfast was really awful. The only thing I found that looked appetizing enough to eat was an English muffin. It must have been a cheap brand because it had zero taste. The juices were put in containers filled with ice, making it watered down and undrinkable.

  : The hotel is stuck between 2 highways generating a lot of noise and also on the landing path of planes. The windows are not sound proof… good luck if you want to sleep. The breakfast was of poor quality. The frontdesk staff of no help. No restaurant apart fast food chains within walking distance finally, i will not mention the presence of women of small virtue at the entrance of the hotel in the evening. This is well below the standards of hyatt hotels. I was really pleased to leave

  : Not sure if this hotel is hosting displaced illegal immigrants or not but seemed to be. First night was kept up until after 1:30 in the morning by loud talking in the hallway, slamming doors and kids running and screaming in the hallway. When mentioned to the front desk no offer to make anything right. In addition to paying top dollar for a less than 5 star room, we were charged 20 a day for the privilege of parking in an unsecured parking lot (hotel parking lot) with signs posted EVERYWHERE that the Hyatt wasn't responsible for damage to your vehicle, etc. Why am I paying to park in the parking lot of a hotel I have already paid to sleep at. Our room windows were filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for months. The rooms shown online are definitely not the same ones in reality. The advertising rooms online appear to be from a different hotel altogether. Bottom line, WAY over priced for what it was.
