  : Cost for parking, shabby room, no light in shower, placed in handicapped room, cheap, uncomfortable sofa, small, cheap TVs, no mini bar, no breakfast included, desk staff not friendly or welcoming.

  : The two bartenders. And I do not drink. They were the friendliest staff. Front desk people seemed tired of their job. Didn’t like to answer questions. Just repeated the same words to me like I was from another planet. Couldn’t find my confirmation and were acting like it’s my fault. I had the number in front of them. Sometimes it doesn’t transfer and gets stuck in the computer world.
  : The mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Looked like they tried to paint over it. The smell in the bathroom was mildew and musty. The room was not dusted or wiped down. We slept with a wasp that lived in our room with us. I didn’t want to use the dirty coffee pot in the room, so I went downstairs and asked for coffee. They charged me $4. They put a ridiculous $300 hold on the room. Hallways needed vacuuming. Mirrors - yuck. They do not offer free coffee.

  : The room was nice and room cleaning lady seemed nice too.
  : The service at the front desk wasn't satisfactory. It was neither professionally handled nor was it very friendly. The overall american hospitality wasn't to be found here. This is something that's not to accept checking in and out at an Marriott hotel, which is generally overpriced. Moreover, Charging Wifi for $12,90 a day in 2024 is kind of an embarrassing act (you have to become a member with all the email spam to get it for free). Breakfast was $23 a day per person what wasn't even worth $5. Serving a smuckers gelly as a spread that consist just of high fructose cornsirup and hasn't seen any fruit? Come on guys, that's really bad.And then even as a guest there is a charge of $33 for parking at the parking lot. If you wanna be a milkcow and put your hard earned dollars up the arse some corporation then go for the Marriott. Thank you!
