  : The facility was nice, but the pool heater was not working. We were in town for family party and stayed there because there was a pool. We had 5 kids under 10. Pool Was freezing!
  : The toilet paper holder was broke and on the floor. Hard to figure out lights. There were no sheets for trundle bed and they did not deliver, I had to go get them! Pool heater broken, we should have been notified. Kids were there to swim for a treat before bed!

  : The Train after a concert was horrible. Had to catch a train out of city - then jump on red line - it was lingering at the beginning - never again for a concert

  : Location was great for my needs. The room was spacious and clean. Gym was also clean and included all basic training devices.
  : Breakfast was basic, and did not include vegan option. E.g vegan yogurt, and/or some nuts options.On my last day I had to check-out at 6:15. Although I let the staff know this in advance (on the night before) - they said breakfast will not be available before 6:30. It could have been nice to get a minimal take-away breakfast.Also, it does not make sense to me that public parking right next to the hotel is cheaper than hotel parking. If you offer parking for hotel guests - it should be a little cheaper than public parking.
