  : Towel hanging fron ceiling and behind the loveseat was alot of toys and dust , I pulled it out so they could see it, also the dryer didn't dry clothes good had to dry clothes 4x's and it still was damp also the toilet has low pressure but overall our stay was nice we enjoyed ourselves

  : My husband, newborn, and I have rented out Heavens Scent from 6/12-6/14. Unfortunately, when getting up to make my daughters bottle, in the kitchen appeared a cockroach. We are extremely disgusted, disappointed, and dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this rental. We hope none of our childs items were contaminated.

  : Arrived at 2a and forewarned owner. Never received the code via email. Had to call 3 different phone #s for someone finally to answer
  : Though grateful was immediately available since the original booking through booking.com was cancelled, cost $400 more (to include $20 extra for water?). Difficulty reaching someone at 2a for code to enter cabin, I also indicated the broken window to that person and she assured me would be taken care of. It never was, which is forgivable since it was memorial weekend (cleaned the glass up myself so not to cause injury). Few things that did not work but did not ruin my vacation- shower didnt work (only bath), dryer did not blow out hot air (only cold), and dishwasher didnt work. Overall, I still would recommend this cabin as the view was gorgeous. And it was quiet as promised. I wish it were more personable ie someone readily available with keys and repair. I am extremely lucky not too many bugs flew into the cabin due to the broken window!
