: The bathroom was dirty and had mold. Carpet and the pull out couch had crumbs not clean. Staff never addressed our concerns.
: I wouldn't recommend this cabin to anyone due to it being unclean and no assistants.

: The location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was perfect. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! A gated community! The place was clean and the hot tub was ready to go and hot!
: One of the TV in the family wasnt working but they came out and replaced it next day.

: The view is good. The layout is ok. If all the equipment was working it would be fine.
: We arrived at 4pm as directed and there was no linen. Had to call Vacasa to get linen and towels and an hour later we called again and we were told that they are extremely busy and would get to us as soon as possible. Also told them that the main TV/cable was not working. They eventually came when we went out and sorted out the linen and did nothing about the TV, also did not feed back to us about it. 2 of the 3 TV's in the house were not working. Cobwebs in the bathrooms. Grill on the balcony does not work. Cheap 1ply toilet paper. To pay $2700 for 4 days stay you could do better than this.
