  : Great location. Great layout & roomy for our group. Loved the decor.
  : Couldnt get the fireplace to work. Property needs some updating (paint, cabinet doors need fixing, no blender available). Fireplace was unusable. No instructions for hot tub so was unable to get jets turned off.

  : Not clean (furniture not moved or cleaned underneath), cheap appliances, faucets, shower, silverware and especially the pots/pans the hot tub needs an upgrade and so does the grill actually the entire cabin.

  : Very cute cabin, with a nice like back porch. The location was fantastic, only about 15 minutes from Dolllywood, 5 minutes from a grocery store, and 5 minutes from the strip that contained just about every activity we could hope for. They supplied plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and paper towels. The towels were plentiful and looked fresh and clean. The downstairs was roomy, and there was plenty of hot water, so the three of us could shower without running out of hot water. Plenty of dishes to use, the cable was really nice.
  : It looked clean when we got there, but after being there a while it was clear it wasnt super thoroughly clean- the bottom of the tub was dingy with dirt, sticky spots around the kitchen, a white stain on the comforter, and the floor felt kinda ick. The dryer was out of order with was also disappointing as we hoped to do some laundry, fortunately we only had a short stay. A giant cockroach came out to the living room in the middle of the day which was a bit unsettling.

  : No washer and dryer, microwave and grill utensils were nasty. Would not refer anyone to this cabin. Very out of date.
