  : Property was filthy. We had to got out and buy bed linens and cleaning supplies. Dryer did not work so we couldnt wash clothes. They did not care about our complaints. I will never use them again. Pictures of cabin are very misleading.

  : The cabin was very nice the Jacuzzi tub was full of mold shower heads were moldy . Everything else was great about our stay.

  : the pool was nice and clean
  : no view, all furniture needs replaced and very uncomfortable. The kitchen table chairs and sofa u feel like u go straight to the floor, then there is just a cheap cover over it to cover all the tore up leather. The beds are hard as rocks. The dryer doesnt dry anything the first time you have to run it 2 or 3 times. Hot tub handle is broken, dishwasher at the bottom is broken but will still run, the back porch has some panels broken in, and we had two incidents where cockroaches ran across the upstairs master bedroom. yes we let someone know from Vacasa and they said they would let the management know about it. My husband and I are federal employees and first responders so we only get one vacation a year and we decided to take my 80 year old grandparents with us this was just very disappointing to experience this as our vacation home.

  : it was in a quiet and quaint location.. with easy access to the center of Pigeon Forge and close to Gatlinburg
  : the only down fall was that the ceiling fan in the living room did not work. Would be nice to fix that for others especially if it is a hot day out and you want to come in and cool off in the cabin.
