  : Pro: The staff was very friendly, room was clean, quiet, comfortable and secure, and had blackout curtains. The airport shuttle was convenient (though was unclear how to use it- you need to call reception when flight lands for them to come get you)
  : Cons: Upon arrival they couldnt find my booking that was paid in full weeks beforehand, which was stressful and after 20 hours of exhausting travel, it wasnt the best welcome. Some kind of improvement is needed between the booking.com and Hilton system to fix this, but instead it was left up to me to contact booking.com from abroad to ask them to contact the hotel reception to solve it. Also despite being an airport hotel (and my booking clearly being international via UK booking site) they still required a USA phone number to check in.. Then the WiFi and tv didnt work, which they just shrugged off and said sometimes that happens and to just wait for the network to come back on later). Also I wish there had been small comforts like bath robes / slippers provided. For a $180 night at a Hilton this just wasnt the experience I was expecting.

  : It was advertised as breakfast included - However breakfast was not included it was $14.99 A PERSON - The breakfast was nothing that was not a normal continental breakfast - we were kind of upset about this because we paid $60 and the kids did not eat off the breakfast bar, they only had cereal and waffle so that was not $15 worth of food -
