  : Location was perfect, Anthony the chair and umbrella guy was fantastic. We had a 2month old baby and he did great keeping him in the shade.
  : The plumbing-especially the kitchen sink was bad. The handles turn the wrong way and leak badly.

  : The only good thing about this place was the beach and even then you had to walk through a pool.
  : Place was extremely FILTHY and wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 4. Eventually got someone on the line after 30 minutes and they sent cleaners over. Place is extremly dated and really needs to be remodeled and renovated. Many things were broken and it was uncomfortable. There was no number to call and nothing seemed to match...the sheets were not even fit for the beds.

  : the dishes weren't clean. the sink faucet for the cold water was broken. the toaster didn't have a push down knob it was missing. The lamp shade in the bedroom with the twin beds was broken. the mop needs replaced.

  : Roomy, efficient, well equipped.staff was very quick to address any issue.Close to anything you could want.Love the beach right out the doors.Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the balcony .Very pet friendly!
  : I know it has only been a short while since the big hurricane. We would suggest some maintenance.Outside bedroom slider glass needs serious repair.the whole glass is loose.Dish washer tips out, when unloading. Needs to be attached to counter.Living room sofa cushions need stuffing.The beds are hard, we did sleep well Heated pool did not work.Toilet in main bath is running.

  : The view is nice. It's a good location on a quiet street.
  : The condo needs updating badly. The kitchen sink spewed water all over you whenever you used it. On the cabinets by the dish washer the wood was rotting out. The clothes washing machine didnt spin the water out everytime and made an awful noise. Both sliding doors on the deck whistled from wind because gaskets needed to be changed. And they leaked when it rained. The beds were stiff as boards and one of the comforters was not cleaned. One of the numbers fell out of the key pad. Also the first day we were there, the elevator wasnt working. Our vehicle was hit in the parking lot and we were told there were no cameras on the property. I would not suggest this condo in particular seeing as we didnt really get what we paid for. However, I understand from other guests that some condos at this location have been updated, just not 312.

  : It was easier just going up and typing a code and not “checking in” at a desk and it was a good location, with a short distance to the beach. Always had parking.
  : We arrived early around 3pm- I ran upstairs to check out the area, there was garbage surrounding the walkway where you couldn’t even get into the condo. I called Vacasa shortly after and spoke to a very rude gentlemen. When I asked if the condo would be ready by 4pm he said yes and that I wasn’t supposed to be there. I asked if I ran to get groceries if the condo would be cleaned by 4pm so my groceries wouldn’t go bad. All he said was “yes,” mind you he never asked for my name, condo location, or room number. We arrived back at the condo at 4:22 pm. The cleaning person was still in the condo cleaning. The condo had garbage inside and out and laundry was still going. Long story short we had to start bringing groceries in and leaving our luggage outside till she finished approximately around 6 pm. Not 100% how clean the place was on a germ level considering I received the email prior to the “extra” cleaning going into the rooms because of covid... I will say the woman cleaning was extremely helpful and very apologetic but Vacasa on the phone was pretty much worthless. Not that 2 hours is the end of the world but we could’ve been enjoying the beach rather then waiting and helping the remove all the garbage so we could begin our vacation.

  : The view and location were perfect.
  : The condo has flees. The back 2 bedrooms smell just like dog pee. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. The furniture is old. The couch cushions are so low you can’t get up. All the mattresses are so old and uncomfortable to sleep on. All the faucets leak and spray water on you. The floors are dirty. We had to wear socks to keep our feet from being black. This place needs attention immediately.

  : The room was very clean and I liked it the pool area.
  : One of the beds in the bedroom sunken in the middle. Did the lawn chairs outside on the balcony was broken. Very hard to open the balcony doors. And the sofa bed in the living room set too low to the ground. Once you sat down it was hard to get up off of it. There was no one on site to show us where to go and how to get into our room. Had to ask another Resident how to get into my room.
