  : I did not like the cleanliness of the room it was visibly dirty. I could see ashes left in the bathroom. The tub was filthy and had a razor guard inside the drain left by another customer. The furniture was terrible and badly worn. The dirty washcloth was still hanging in the shower when we arrived. It smelled awful in there. The tv was not working and when we requested to change rooms they denied us and said there were no more rooms available but there was clearly no one else staying there. We booked the room for the jacuzzi but it was disgusting and our entire stay was the worst. We ended up booking a room somewhere else and NOT staying there so I was very upset about the money wasted on booking this hotel. I recommend NOT staying here ever and going elsewhere with your money!!

  : All the chlorine in the pool there was over 30 chlorine tablets in each skimmer to the point the chlorine swelled the kids eyes up and the fact the pool closes at 8 when someone stays in a hotel the odds for them to get back in there room in enough time to enjoy a swim are slim

  : There was no refrigerator, no cable box so the tv wouldn’t work. The toilet tank was leaking into the bowl so it filled up all night. The coffee pot still had a full pot from the previous guest. There is maggots swimming in the coffee pot.

  : We came for just an overnight stay so we could be close to our schools National competition the following day that one of my children were part of. It took us 5 hours to get there. When we drove up it looked a little run down and had very sketchy people there sitting outside the hotel. As we pulled around police were pulled up to welcome desk. My husband suggested we run next door to Walmart before checking in. When we returned there were people outside lined up by police. We decided that this was not a place we were comfortable staying. So I called and cancelled our room. The desk clerk first states for us not to worry. That there is no reservation. I was a little confused so I explained how we booked the room. Then she told us she cancelled the room. That all was fine. Due to multiple competitions being held in that area, it took us 3 hours to find another hotel room which we ended up paying a tremendous amount more for. I was very disappointed! Later, we found out that the desk attendant did not cancel our hotel and we ended up paying for both hotels bc their mistake.
