  : The decor was nice, it was clean. The location was good amd everything needed, as far as kitchen utensils, towels etc, was available in the apartment.
  : The apartment had damages to the master bedroom door so it could not be locked or closed securly. And the second bedroom had no signal for the cable TV.

  : Not a clean place and need to fix and update, old and stained sofa. Put my beach towel on it to sit down and sank almost to the floor. Lights all unplugged and half don't work. I had to turn on breakers because coming in, none worked. I had to move furniture to plug in lamps. Everything was filled with dust. Headboards not fully attached to beds... one roll toilet paper. Dust everywhere, had to clean coming in.. There were kids riding on skateboards through the buildings causing barking dogs 10 at night... no masks or social distancing with 17 people in the pool drinking so obviously that wasn't an option. I paid 125.00 for someone to clean but I had to clean coming in. It should have been cleaned before me. If it was, you need a new cleaning service. I'll be glad to provide you with the pictures when I arrived if want.

  : our room was not clean upon arrival. we had to clean it ourselves. we had to buy new comforters and blankets because the comforters were stained. the sofa and bed were so overused you couldnt lay or sit comfortably. the tvs only got one channel. outlets didnt work (and we needed them). we tried to reach out to the management company several times for a refund. however, they have not adequately responded. we couldnt relax at the property.
