  : The location of the building was actually very nice and so was the view. Basically, everything outside of the property was perfect. It was the INSIDE that was very disappointing.
  : Mostly just general heavy wear on dated walls, carpet, furniture, etc. The front screen door was missing an entire glass panel. The main A/C wasn't working. Had to spend the first several hours of my beach vacation glued to my cell phone to contact someone to fix it. Mid to high eighties for our trip. Opened the sliding glass door to the balcony to find the screen door broken off it's rails and laying against the inside of the curtains...which were also broken!

  : floors were filthy, screen door was broken, no parking passes provided, then received wrong ones, dishwasher does not wash dishes, toilet leaks.

  : It was dirty and many things were broken. Broke lamp. Broken screen door. Broken balcony screen door, broken Dishwasher, broken curtains. Floors and furniture and surfaces were visibly dirty upon arrival.
