  : Air conditioner didn’t work, sweating our asses off!! Which led to no sleep and very uncomfortable getting dressed and ready to go out after shower!! Dishwasher leaks, thank God we realized that before we left the room. Stained carpet!! Needs updating!!

  : Don’t know why we paid a cleaning fee.... mold on shower curtains couches were FULL OF SAND, my daughter got bed bug bites from pull out couch.... the beds were dirty floors were not cleaned.... I didn’t get texts for keys till we were home!

  : The view, the condo was spacious, and the amenities.
  : No loading or unloading area, the condo itself definitely needs some updating(pots and pans, bathrooms, CARPETING, painting, sofa, bedding had some holes, master bedroom mattress had stains).

  : The access to building code didn’t work.The living room floor was very dirty, it was never washed, it was just swept but not mopped.There’s no indoor swimming pool for kids. It was not mentioned during booking time. They didn’t accept Credit card for facility fees. You end up paying more when you have to use ATM.The blinders were so hard to open and close. You could put sliding curtains instead.

  : The entire condo needs updated. The kitchen and bathrooms look like they were from the 1970s and they were never updated. Only half the lights worked in the kitchen so night time made it interesting as there was only one lamp in the living room . During the evenings we had to keep the dining room, kitchen, and the solo lamp in the living room on. The living room and dining room carpets were filthy dirty with a lot of stains all over. We had to scrimp to use bowls and silverware as they were limited. The maintenance guy had to come immediately when we first got there to fix the toilet seal and replace a light bulb. Also there is a layer of thick dirt and crud above the dryer . Over all it was very disappointing and WE WILL NOT BE BACK to the Capri.

  : Great view of the ocean and bay side. Easy access to the Ocean.
  : Beds were very uncomfortable. Should have windows shade (it was bright due to the parking lights. ) Some of the mugs were dirty. I had to washed them again.We had a hard time turning on the TV.. Someone set the channel incorrectly.

  : We loved the actual apartment! It was clean and spacious.The amenities looked nice, but due to COVID we were not able to use, that's the only reason I marked :( on facilities.
  : It was pure chaos trying to get confirmed through the booking app, vacasa and the host. I finally figured it out after numerous calls, emails, and wait times. I think they could or should have waived the "registration fee" of 50$ due to NO AMENTITIES being available.
