  : The property was located oceanfront with easy beach access, and close to all types of restaurants and fun activities. The apartment was spacious, clean enough, and well stocked. We had two separate bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and two full bathrooms. It was perfectly laid out for a family stay. The best part for me was having a king sized bedroom with my own access door to the balcony facing the ocean, and a huge window facing the shore. I slept with the balcony door open listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach, woke up to the sun rising every morning, and it was the most peaceful experience. There was also another entrance to the balcony from the living room.
  : The property maintains zero staff. Checkin is done virtually through phone. Any problems must be dealt with through phone. That is not a problem unless you run into a problem. The property is an older building, and while it was completely serviceable, it could well do with a bit more tender loving care from maintenance staff, some updates, repairs, larger and more helpful signage, and a more thorough cleaning. Our showers were slow-draining, and while we did file a maintenance report no one came to clear the drains for us during our stay.

  : Parking was easy, and access to my unit was simple. The unit was very clean, and accommodated nearly all of my needs. Comfortable couch in the living room, and the view to the ocean, both from the balcony and bedroom, was gorgeous.
  : Two major things: the master bedroom's mattress was VERY firm, and wasn't very comfortable. There was a separate bedroom with two smaller beds, which had more comfortable mattresses on them. Additionally, the assortment of plastic utensils in the kitchen began to melt as I used them on the stove. Very cheap, and made food dangerous for consumption. Next time I'll have to bring my own utensils if I plan to cook again. Also the bedroom window looking out over the sea was quite dirty; it could use a wipedown more often.
