: I liked the open floor plan, the location itself was really nice. It was for the most part clean. They give you soaps which is nice, not just for yourself but to do laundry. The furniture was decent and relatively comfortable. TV was easy to use. There are definitely a few things Id suggest working on to make it even better! It wasnt a bad place to stay.
: There was a few things that I think could be improved. The full mattress on the bunk beds isnt even a mattress its just foam pieces put together. The two that slept in there said that they were basically sleeping on the bars of the bed frame. the latter to the top bunk also didnt feel very stable. The curtains in the kitchen were stained and a lot of the curtains were falling down because of cheap curtain rods not being able to support them. The ad shows 3 showers, one I noticed is currently broken. We also could not use the kitchen because of ants polluting the counter and the wall. The owner did eventually put ant traps out the night before we were to leave, just not in the spot where the ants were. The water dispenser on the fridge needed cleaned better. The closets were filled with foam pieces for the full sized bottom bunk and the other was filled with extra bedding. They werent neatly placed or folded, just thrown in there. The walls also count use a good cleaning as I noticed a lot of dirt spots on the walls, including the bathroom which had foot prints in front of the toilet on the wall (Jack & Jill bathroom).

  : Location. Nice & spacious.
: You will need an iron & ironing board. Slow drain in the hall bathroom. Ceiling won't cut off over the dining room table table. More trash bags needed. Be sure to bring more paper products. The maintenance crew did not us back. Hard mattress on the bunk beds.

Very Good

: The cottage was lovely! The common areas were spacious and suitable for 6 people, with comfortable furnishings. The unit was clean and modestly decorated. The ovrerall location was acceptable, in that ithe beach was a 7 - 10 minute walk & the location also included many local gift shops and restaurants within walking distance.
: There were no outside porch or deck areas for outdoor activities or barbecuing.
